Twice a month I ensure that I cook a nice healthy pot of Veg, containing veg from all groups, with that I also brown some mince meat on the side with a bit of mixed herbs. Mix it all together with a little bit of margarine and freeze it in portion size holders for those days where you don't know what to offer!
