If baby does not want to latch on you or you don't have enough milk while in hospital, take a syringe and suck up the expressed/formula milk. Put your index finger in baby's mouth and drip the milk on your finger so baby can suck it off. That way she still does the "work" of sucking, and won't get nipple confusion.
