The Rock proves once again that he's the best dad
Dwayne Johnson and other celeb dads on Instagram are showing the world just what modern fatherhood is all about.

Comedienne Ali Wong was not wrong when she said "it takes so little to be considered a great dad and it also takes so little to be considered a shitty mom", pointing out that the double standards set by society are really unfair.

So when we see a dad changing a nappy, our collective ovaries explode and we think "Oh, what a great dad" when he's really just doing his job.

It's probably because it wasn't always like this. Fathers have traditionally been hands off when it comes to parenting, leaving everything to do with the kids up to mom.

Sure, the parental landscape is changing with the new generation of parents, so it's pretty great to see celebs such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson normalising every day parenting duty for dads out there.

Other celeb dads you should follow on Instagram

Here are a few of our favourite celeb dads on Instagram (warning: the cuteness might just kill you):

Chris Pratt

David Beckham

Neil Patrick Harris

Stephen Amell

If it's all the same to you, I think I'll just pause this moment and stay here forever.

Jason Momoa

But he's not the only dad out there who are being equal partners in this scary and confusing world of parenting. Aside from the other celeb dads out there who are also pulling daddy duty on top of their jobs, one of my favourite Instagram accounts is Daddy Doin'Work, which showcases run-of-the-mill dads being an active part of their kids lives.

From doing their little girls' hair to just being present dads, this Instagram account is really heartwarming:
