WATCH: The babies of today, hey

accreditation

There are these little pictures on the Internet called "memes" (pronounced meemz).

Many of these memes make rather bold statements about children being brought up the old-fashioned way - reading "real" books, not e-books and playing outside in the street with balls and skipping ropes, not playing games on a computer or a console.

Naturally, we don't want our children to be entirely engrossed by technology, but this hilarious video clip shows us we may not really have a say in our kids' knowledge and use of technology any longer...

How do you feel about raising your child in the information age? Are your children allowed to use different devices? Are they using technology to aid learning at school? Email your thoughts and strategies surrounding your kids and technology to chatback@parent24.com.
