Does your baby sleep through? This is usually one of the first questions parents encounter when meeting fellow parents. Easy enough to answer when your baby does, but the reality is that most parents’ answer will sadly be no, not yet… It is interesting to note that the average new parent loses 1056 hours of sleep during the first year of their child’s life — that’s almost 44 days! Here to assist us with the issue of sleeping through the night is Sr. Ann Richardson, co-author of the Baby Sense and Sleep Sense books.
