No meat at all. I'm raising Vegans and so far we are doing just fine. - Lulama

Approximately 5 times a week. - Masanda

Every day. Fish and chicken half the time though. We also don't like veggies, but I have all the good intentions to feed it to my child when she goes onto solids. - Amanda

Red meat once a week, chicken twice a week. Vegetarian the rest of the time. My husband is a vegetarian so he eats no meat at all. - Allison

About Red meat about 5 times in 7 day week, if we do not eat meat for a few days in a row, we have this eternal hunger, and nothing seems to fill us, until a lekker biltong comes our way. - Lize
