to different foods in slow motion. The results? Totally fascinating."Mental sorbet"
The video, made especially for TEDx Sydney, has already started spreading across the world, even though it was just meant to fill a gap between speakers. Director Matt Gilmour called it “mental sorbet”, saying he was inspired to create the video after watching his own daughter’s reaction to eating a gherkin for the first time: “It's funny how raw a child's reaction to something is. There's no filter. It's just really physical and that's what I love about it,” he told Good Food.
Take a look at this amazing study, and see if you can pick a favourite expression out from among the, shocked, horrified and surprised faces.
