For some, those products work. For others, they're a waste of money that will gather dust in your cupboard for years. Most of these products are also pricey and babies can cost a fortune as it! So save the cash and purchase more of the real essentials.

We wanted to dispel the illusion and find out what moms really need. Our fantastic Facebook fans shared with us their top baby "essentials" that they didn't need or use.
