Other perfume companies have created baby perfumes and colognes, but Dolce & Gabbana has taken it a step further: If your baby is lacking in the authentic baby smell department, a quick spritz with para bambini will, according to D&G, evoke “the softness of baby skin, the freshness of baby breath, a mother’s sweet hug, [and] the first smile,” It is meant to “enhance the tot’s natural smell.”, says The Gloss.
Smells like... baby
But wait! There are some dedicated baby-sniffers out there- people who say the best part of a baby is the smell. Why on earth would a company try and recreate that or, in an act of extreme craziness, make a baby smell, only better?
It’s $45 a bottle of the alcohol-free product, but, if your baby is struggling in the body odour area, a dash or two will get him reeking of, apparently, “Citrus, honey, and melon”.
Do you think a baby needs a perfume to smell more like a baby?
