Parenting is no easy task and keeping a child and home happy can often take a bit of juggling... or bribing. Maybe it means a little more TV time just so that Mom and Dad can close their eyes for 5 extra minutes.

We asked parents on our Facebook page what their guilty parenting secrets were and they shared with us.

'I have been known to pretend that I'm still asleep in the morning.' *Fake snore*' - Scott

'I hide behind the menu in spur so that my kids don't see me while playing.' - Ellen

'Sometimes when my husband isn't at home yet, I let my 4 year old watch Disney Junior and then when his dad comes home we rush to put the TV off and pretend that it never happened.' - Nicole

'I use pudding to get my 5 year old to eat his veggies! I feel better now I got that off my chest...' - Louisa

'My 2-year-old twin girls are still on the bottle! I work 13-hour shifts so hubby takes care of them. They sleep in my bed while I'm on night duty and when I get home I have to sleep in the spare room.' - Carmen
