Sonny Bill turns boy's hug into gold

By now we've all heard about the heroic moment which took place at the Rugby World Cup final celebrations. For those of you who don't know, All Blacks centre, Sonny Bill Williams was surprised by a 14-year-old fan who was "smoked" by a security guard for running on to the field. 

The boy, who has been identified as Charlie Lines, sprinted past security just to hug the player. Sonny Bill picked him up and embraced him and walked with him to the stands where fans were waiting and handed the boy his gold medal.

The All Blacks star definitely gets an award from us for being a great role model in the lives of so many young fans who aspire to be sports stars. Humble until the very end.
