"I have no life": Madonna shares the woes of every parent

accreditation

Madonna recently said she has "no life" as her son David Banda's soccer schedule keeps her busy.

They recently relocated to Lisbon, Portugal, so David can pursue his dream of becoming a soccer star. She's happy with his career choice but says the "constantly changing soccer schedule makes it impossible for her to make plans."

Can you relate? Personally I think Madonna still has more of a life than most of us, but then, her standards are rather different. How has the school run and your child's extramurals had an impact on your day-to-day life? Do you feel frantic, or organised? Madonna has also shared how she stresses the importance of good skincare on her children, and that they love her own skincare range, MDNA, which she launched last year. Apparently the oldest kids, Lourdes and Rocco, often raid her bathroom cabinet to use her products – she finds it especially hilarious that Rocco loves it so much. But with a flawless skin like Madonna's perhaps we should take heed too!

At 59, Madonna hasn't retired yet and will continue touring in another year or so, but for now she wants to focus on her children.

Do your kids use your skincare products? Is a good skincare routine important to you and do you teach it to your kids? Share your stories and advice with us at chatback@parent24.com and we may publish them.
