I have 6 kids.
They are all unschooled.
My partner and I have been full time parents most of the way.
We have a herbal business which keeps us living most humbly.
Money is always a stretch.
And yet these kids have never had nightmares.
They are gregarious, confident, think out of the box and
are at ease with each other and the world.
The eldest is 16 and he thanked us the other day for the
sacrifices we made to raise them.
Because at the end of the day the greatest thing you can give
them is yourself - no amount of good schools, or extra mural is
going to ever be able to replace that.
And I say this very gently - they grow so fast - don't waste it.
warm regards
