Dancing the night away with Dad
A mom shares her most precious childhood memories.
My most vivid child hood memory...

Well I have at least two!

First Memory: BEACH TIME WITH MY DAD

He always kept us kids entertained while my mom had a time out and sunned herself and read her magazines.
My dad used to help us dig all the way to China (we had to be careful not to dig too deep, otherwise we would fall out of the bottom of the earth!)

He used to bury me to my knees in the cool sand and build me the most glorious mermaid tail!
I even remember him building us a beach sand car! It took him forever to build! And it took us kids such a short time to demolish!

Second Memory: DANCING UP A STORM @ MY UNCLE’S WEDDING

I was about 10 years old... My mom and my younger brother (about 6 years old) had gone back to the resort chalet - to go to bed early.

I stayed with dad. We partied up a storm! I remember him twirling me round and round in my beautiful Brides Maid Gown.

We did the twist, danced 60’s style all night!

It has got to be one of my favorite memories of all time!
