Distinguishing between wrong and right

It is most probably when they start distinguishing between wrong and right, the best thing to do is to ask for their opinion, then decide on the matter while including him/her no matter the age.

The sooner you start forming your team work the better, in that way he/she is going to trust you with all his/her decisions.
