Fertility struggle

When I got married at the age of 28 I immediately fell pregnant after 3 months. I then lost the baby at 5 months of pregnancy. The gynae said that it was due to my fibroids, I had a D and C. I was experiencing a lot of pain due to fibroids , so I had a myomectomy and they removed 20 fibroids , after 3 months of recovery gynae put me on fertility tablets which I tried for 4 months and still didn't conceive , then I went to a fertility clinic , he said I had a fibroid which needed to be removed which was at the mouth of my uterus. My womb is now fibroid free , but he found adhesions and my one tube was twisted , the other tube was also blocked, he therefore advised me to go for IVF. I am not financially able to pay for treatment but I am so deperate I will have to take out a second bond. My heart is so sore I find it difficult to go on with daily things and just want to be alone, I try to be positive every day and try to work and not be moody with my husband who I appreciate so much . I am an only child and have been alone all my life , I always thought as a child I need to be patient , because when I get married oneday I was going to have such a big family , my struggle continues god willing IVF will work for me. . .
