My bad example

I'm a single mom to Brady and I think my bad example that I am setting is smoking. Somehow to me that is a coping mechanism , but shame my poor child hates it, he keeps on telling me how I'm messing up my lungs etc... I realise that I have to stop , I just wish I knew how.
