One lie leads to another...

I do not believe in lying to my kids, I believe that one lie leads to another and pretty soon you are so deep in the muck that it is almost impossible to get out of it!

I will sometimes tell them things in a softer manner especially if it is bad news but I don't tell stories, I will call the boys and tell them their is something they should know such as the bad news I had to give them last week that I could not afford to send them to the private school that they received a part bursary to, I explained that we simply did not have the money but that I am very proud of them for their hard work and good marks and that we love them very much!

I could have told them a long story but honesty is always the best!
