The bully subject!

accreditation
With my twin boys it's been easy as they stand up for each other and so far they have taken care of things in their own way!

My oldest son is a different story. He has always been a bit of a loner and I have always taught my kids to turn the other cheek, but I had to tell him that although I abhor bullies I also feel that to stand by and do nothing is wrong!

He had to learn to stand up for himself as I cannot be there to fight his battles for him all the time and bullies seem to have an instinct all of there own to track down the vulnerable!

I sent my son on a course to learn how to defend himself and it has made a whole lot of difference, he is not finding excuses not to go to school anymore and is helping other children also; he has since also gone for a first aid course and is loving being able to help instead of being scared!

I have learnt that you must empower your child to take care of himself, and the bullies just fade away!
