The scars of abuse

Yes, my daughter was “molested” and now 6 years later this case has not gone to court, due to the justice system…. Nothing has happened to him! He is still trying to see her, manipulate her and intimidate her and the situation.  She has spoken about this, this is robbing her of her child hood and her life, as this is restricting her and other siblings of seeing each other, we were told at the time of the incident that she is small and might not go to court, now we get told that parents use this to gain a divorce, now almost 6 years later... nothing!

She did the medical, gave statements to police, saw a psychologist, all is there, she is not lying! He gets away with everything, he dominates this situation to suit himself. Why is this allowed? I don’t have the funds to keep this up... but I have to, cause my daughter is much more valuable that anything.

So, yes, they need to talk, but we need help from the right departments and people.
