You're wrong about...

1. Always thinking you're right!

I think a lot of Mommy's tend to not be open to suggestions or alternative reasons or suggestions about things concerning our children.  We all have our own opinions and beliefs - according to how we were brought up etc, but we also need to be open minded and know that there are a lot of new products and things out on the market these days - a lot of natural things as well - which aren't always as bad as people make them out to be.  Yes a lot of times the good old fashioned remedies work well, but there are also new things that come out which we should try or at least hear what others have to say about them.

2. Thinking what works for one works for all!

Each child is different.  Even siblings can be totally chalk and cheese, even as babies.  We need to remember that, not compare all the time, and know that some things our child will take longer to learner than others, and other things they'll pick up quicker than others etc.  We are all individuals, even as tiny babies... we all have our own personalities and that plays a big role in the way each little one experiences or handles situations.
