My ex and i have been divorced for 3 years now, my daughter resides him as at that stage her well being and standard of living that she was used to would be maintained. I have been unemployed for about a year now and thus can not pay maintenance. I had to put my pride in my pocket and move back with my Mother, who now looks after me. I have no income what so ever. In the process my ex is refusing my daughter visits and she can not stay on weekends as specified by the court. What am i to do ? Its not that i have not been looking for work.
