My Gynaecologist told me that my tubes are swollen and it’s not possible to conceive naturally, would like to know if is there treatment that I can use?

The two most common causes for swollen fallopian tubes are Pelvic Inflammation and Endometrioses. Both are treatable. The best will be to consult with your Gynaecologist for the appropriate treatment.
