• Clean your baby’s infected eye with it. Because of the high concentration of white blood sells and other disinfectant particles - I won’t bore you with it – it makes breast milk a free eye treatment that works like a charm.

• Freeze your supply for up to 6 months in the chest freezer. You might need it when your baby starts solids to soften the veggies.

• Make ice lollies with added fruit – it helps with teething and prevents the fruit to go brown and soggy.

• Donate it to your nearest breast milk bank.
