Make a restaurant favourite, but without the preservatives, colourants and artificial sweeteners.
- 1/2 cup milk
- 50g dark couverture buttons
- 3 scoops of quality vanilla ice cream
- Boil the milk and add the chocolate.
- Mix until smooth.
- Allow to cool then blend the hot chocolate and the ice cream together with a hand blender and pour into a milkshake glass.
