Constant feeding, boob-leaking, baby-proofing, all the pooping – when the newest addition to your family finally arrives, chances are you won’t have much time for anything or anyone else. And honestly, even if you did, you probably wouldn’t be in the mood. Especially for the very deed that gave you your little bundle of joy. And mom of two Chrissy Teigen says she can totally relate.
The former model and author has been married to singer, John Legend, for 5 years now, and the couple recently welcomed their second child. Chrissy often expresses just how much she absolutely adores her husband, and how very proud she is of him. “My incredible man,” she wrote on Instagram, congratulating him on his Emmy win, which now officially gives him that EGOT status (having won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award), while she told Women’s Health in a recent interview that she can’t help but swoon when John performs.
“It is funny: If he performs somewhere, and I go, I’m like, ‘Oh, he’s sexy.’” And continues, candidly, hilariously, “We’ll probably have sex that night.”
But Chrissy admits that, although she’s just been cleared to exercise and have sex again, it’s not, or rather, it hasn’t been that easy to get back into the swing of things – and not due to a lack of love. “We still have that passion for each other, but are we doing it randomly in a dressing room? No!”
So what is it?
Well, the answer’s simpler than you think. And probably true for most of us.
“It doesn’t matter who you are – even if you’re a sexy R&B crooner or an ex-swimsuit model…
“You’re just tired!”
