You'll need:
- 4-6 Ciabatta rolls
- 3 Avocados
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Haloumi
- Olive oil
Method:
- Cut the rolls into smaller pieces.
- Mash the avocado and add a couple drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cut the haloumi into long strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the haloumi until browned on all sides.
- Spread the avo paste on the ciabatta rolls and top off with haloumi.
