Avo and haloumi ciabatta

You'll need:

  • 4-6  Ciabatta rolls 
  • 3  Avocados 
  • Lemon juice 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Haloumi
  • Olive oil

Method:

  1. Cut the rolls into smaller pieces.
  2. Mash the avocado and add a couple drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
  3. Cut the haloumi into long strips.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the haloumi until browned on all sides.
  5. Spread the avo paste on the ciabatta rolls and top off with haloumi.
