Berry smoothie

You'll need:

  • 125ml (¼ cup)  Milk
  • 60ml (¼ cup)  Berry yoghurt 
  • 60ml (¼ cup)  Frozen berries (like raspberries or blueberries or mixed berries)

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and whozz together. 
  2. Pour into a glass or paper cup and serve. 
  3. You can add a little honey to sweeten, but remember not to give babies under 12 months any honey.
