This is not just an ordinary chicken sandwich, it has a more healthier and delicious taste.
- 4-6 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 round Feta, crumbled
- Rye bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter (optional)
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the chicken in strips over the width of the breast.
- Slice the bread and butter it.
- Layer basil, tomato, chicken and feta in between two slices.
