Chicken sandwich
This is not just an ordinary chicken sandwich, it has a more healthier and delicious taste. 

You'll need:

  • 4-6  Chicken breasts
  • 2  Tomatoes, sliced 
  • 1 round  Feta, crumbled 
  • Rye bread 
  • Rocket 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Butter (optional)


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the chicken in strips over the width of the breast. 
  4. Slice the bread and butter it.
  5. Layer basil, tomato, chicken and feta in between two slices.
