Frozen yoghurts
Easy to make, delicious to eat, these are a healthy substitute for suckers.

Ingredients

  • Yogi Sip or other drinking yoghurt in different flavours
  • Chocolate sticks or ice cream sticks (available at baking shops)
  • Small silicone baking containers, in various colours and shapes

Instructions

  1. Pour the drinking yoghurt into the container.
  2. Freeze for one hour, remove from freezer and insert sticks.
  3. Return to the freezer for another two hours.
