Easy to make, delicious to eat, these are a healthy substitute for suckers.
- Yogi Sip or other drinking yoghurt in different flavours
- Chocolate sticks or ice cream sticks (available at baking shops)
- Small silicone baking containers, in various colours and shapes
- Pour the drinking yoghurt into the container.
- Freeze for one hour, remove from freezer and insert sticks.
- Return to the freezer for another two hours.
