Marmite Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp Garlic & herb salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp Marmite
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the tahini together using half the water, until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. Then add the tahini and more water until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Place raw, bite-sized vegetables and the hummus in a lunchbox for an extra healthy treat.

Marmite has no artificial colourants, added flavours or preservatives and is high in B vitamins, especially folic acid which is great for you and your baby. Marmite is always enjoyed by young and old alike.
