Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- ½ cup Tahini
- 1 tsp Garlic & herb salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp Marmite
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the tahini together using half the water, until a smooth paste is formed.
- Then add the tahini and more water until you reach the desired consistency.
- Place raw, bite-sized vegetables and the hummus in a lunchbox for an extra healthy treat.
Marmite has no artificial colourants, added flavours or preservatives and is high in B vitamins, especially folic acid which is great for you and your baby. Marmite is always enjoyed by young and old alike.
