Salad burgers
If you're trying to stay healthy but craving a burger, then this mouth-watering salad burger is just the right thing for you. 

You'll need:

  • 6-8  Seed buns
  • 2 tbsp  Butter 
  • 2 tbsp  Chunky cottage cheese with chives 
  • 1 head  Butter lettuce 
  • ¼  Cucumber, cut in wheels
  • 3  Carrots, julienne
  • Sprouts to taste.                                           


  1. Butter the buns liberally.
  2. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, sprouts, cucumber and cottage cheese.
