Veggie cheese wrap
Rich in protein, calcium, vitamins A, B and C, folic acid and fibre. Makes 1 wrap.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of cheese- any kind that will melt easily, such as mozarella or cheddar.
  • 1 tortilla 
  • 3 slices of tomato
  • 2 strips roasted peppers (optional)
  • a couple of avocado slices 
  • a handful of lettuce leaves 
  • 1 tbsp of salsa to taste
Arrange the cheese over the tortilla and microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese. Top the remaining ingredients, roll up and slice in half.

ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE.
