Veggie cheese wrap
Rich in protein, calcium, vitamins A, B and C, folic acid and fibre. Makes 1 wrap.
- 4 slices of cheese- any kind that will melt easily, such as mozarella or cheddar.
- 1 tortilla
- 3 slices of tomato
- 2 strips roasted peppers (optional)
- a couple of avocado slices
- a handful of lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp of salsa to taste
Arrange the cheese over the tortilla and microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese. Top the remaining ingredients, roll up and slice in half.
ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE.
