Yummy hummus
Try this easy-to-prepare recipe for hummus and serve it with veggie bites for your tot to enjoy.

What you need:

  1. 2 tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  2. 2-4 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  3. 2 cloves garlic 
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil

What to do:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food procesor or blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Serve with vegetable sticks, corn chips or on toast.
