Care2.com posted this study done on Americans and what decision they'd make if they had to choose a boy or a girl. According to Gallup Poll, 40% of Americans said they would choose a boy and only 28% would choose a girl. It may sound extreme but in many East Asian countries, having boys can provide security, since in their old age parents are more likely to live with, and be financially supported by, their sons.
We took to Facebook and asked our fans what they would choose. Again boys seem to be the winners. 42.4% of our Facebook fans who answered our questions said they choose a boy, with 30.3% choosing a girl.
For some the decision isn't easy though. 27.3% of our fans said they just couldn't decide.
