When trying to conceive, staying healthy is important. Here’s how.
Keep a healthy weight - Being overweight or underweight can negatively impact your chances of falling pregnant. Keep it healthy.
Slow down on the caffeine – Keep your coffee intake down to 1 or 2 cups. Any more than that and it starts becoming unhealthy.
Get up and exercise! – Regular exercise is great. But don’t take it too far. Excessive exercise can have a negative effect on fertility.
Get healthy together – To really increase your chances, partners should both try their very best to stay as healthy as possible.
Limit medication – The use of any medication (prescription or not) can lower your chances of not only falling pregnant but staying pregnant. Always chat to your doctor first.
Stay away from alcohol, drugs and tobacco – These substances greatly decrease your chance of falling pregnant. Stay away just to be safe.
