Find the best breastfeeding position for you.

To each her own – the combination of mother (size and shape of breasts, state of nipples) and baby (size of mouth, ease of latching and degree of restlessness) will eventually dictate which positions suit best. To begin with, many women prefer one of the seated positions, perhaps because they can see what they are doing more easily.
