Food intolerance
What is it?
Food intolerance is a digestive system response rather than an immune system response.
Something in a food irritates the digestive system or the child is unable to properly digest or breakdown, the food. In addition to tummy trouble, symptoms can affect the skin, breathing, nervous system.
What to do

The best way to treat food intolerance is to eliminate the specific food item. Make sure that your child eats correctly to supply him with the necessary vitamins and minerals he’s missing out on.
