There are so many ways to get into mischief in the smallest room.

Never leave a child younger than 4 alone in the bath, even for a moment.
Use a rubberised mat or non-skid rubber decorations for bathtubs.
Install a toilet lock to keep the lid closed.
Buy a nappy bucket with a tight lid, and place it out of reach.
Always run the cold tap first and check the temperature before your toddler gets in - you need to be extra careful once your child is old enough to get in the bath without help.
Test the temperature with your elbow – your hands quickly become accustomed to the water temperature and you won't get a true impression of how hot it is.
Set the geyser to 50°C or lower – you’ll save electricity too.
Store toilet cleaning materials, including the toilet brush, out of reach, and don't use detachable toilet fresheners or block cleaners inside the bowl.
Keep all medicines out of reach of children and install child locks on the medicine cabinet.
Buy products with childproof packaging.
Remove the key from the toilet door in case your child locks herself in.
Never keep electrical appliances in the bathroom.
Make sure the shower door is made of safety glass.
Store razors out of reach. Wrap used razors and discard in an outside dustbin
