With breastfeeding week running from 1 to 7 August, breastfeeding, and more specifically, mothers being shamed for breastfeeding in public, has been a topic of discussion around the world lately.
Many women such as Chrissy Teigen and model Mara Martins have protested against it and brought to light that mothers shouldn’t be shamed for feeding their children, no matter where it is.
South African celebrities have also shared inspiring images of them breastfeeding in support of breastfeeding in public.
