Tummy time. Continue to maintain eye contact as you gently make light, circular motions across her belly.

Chest and shoulders. Work your way down from your baby's head and massage across her shoulders and chest, in one fluid motion.

A soothing momentum. Maintain eye contact with your baby and speak or sing to her in a soft voice, to help calm and relax.

About face. Turn your baby onto her tummy and repeat the same motions, moving down from her head, in the same order.

Arms and hands. Continue massaging down each arm, one at a time. Start at the shoulder and move down to her hand and fingers.

Face first. Start with the forehead, temples, eyebrows, nose, around the mouth and jaw. Don't forget the ears.

Shoulders to abdomen. Keep moving down her body in a smooth, flowing motion. Slowly massage down her abdomen from her shoulders.

10 little piggies. Finally, massage each leg. Start at the top, moving all the way down. End by massaging all ten toes.
