The past few weeks felt like I had little spinning wheels instead of feet. Everything has been done at breakneck speed, a constant dash from exams to prizegivings, to class parties, office parties and sundry assorted end-of-year gatherings.
And now... we breathe.
In the next month I hope to:
* Nap on my bed with the wind stirring the leaves in the trees outside.
* Rustle up late breakfasts with lots of mangoes, fresh bread, orange juice and laughter.
* Challenge the kids to Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and at least one swimming race.
