Pack-horse parents
There's stuff that parents just can't live without.
Adele Hamilton, Editor Parent24
'Have we got everything?'

It's a question which involves looking into the many pockets of the many bags.

We don't have a baby anymore, but we still have a lot of baggage, including three different balls, umbrella, jackets... and then there are the provisions: sarmies, ice water, sliced fruit, Lemos, biltong, jelly beans. Sun cream, wet wipes, plasters, book.

It's only a few hours watching our son's cricket match, but you wouldn't want to get caught out.
