The stress gorilla

Sometimes stress is a little monkey that sits on my shoulder. It tugs my hair and pokes me in the head, but it's okay.

But sometimes, it is a gorilla on the rampage. It tosses all my good intentions aside, it stomps on my mood - and it eats all the bananas.

My stress is most likely to take gorilla form when I'm rushing from work to fetch kids. And according to a recent study, British mothers were most stressed while taking their kids to school.

What's your gorilla time? Tell a wild story and you could win a T-shirt!
