According to an article on Huffpost Parents, birthing playlists have now become a common part of birth plans. Spotify has unveiled a special playlist created for moms who are in labour and need some distraction, inspiration or just to ease their pain (if that's possible!). 

Here are the 30 songs Spotify recommends moms listen to during labour:
