"I could feel everything"

accreditation

I gave birth to a healthy baby boy on the 17 June 2012 at Evender hospital in Secunda. I went to the theatre around 13h00 after being in labour for 13 hours. Well when I was at theatre they gave me the injection on my spinal cord but it didn't help me at all because I was feeling everything that they were doing and it was so painful in such a way that it was unbearable.

I ended up telling them that I was feeling everything. Then they asked me to lift my left leg and I did. That's when they realised that the injection that they gave me didn't work. I don't know what they did to me but I fell asleep and I woke up when it was all done. Then they took me back to my ward that when I saw my little boy.
