Natasha's birth story: 'The easy first birth'
An easy pregnancy and an uncomplicated birth.

My first born was easy, I had a easy pregnancy with no complications and everything went while.

I went for a check up a week before my due date and the doctor told me he would see me that night or the next day as my cervix was softening. That night I felt like I needed to pee all the time even when I just got off the toilet.

My fiancé was at work as he was leaving for George. So I told my mom that I thought I was in labour but was not sure so she rushed me to the hospital. When we got there I was not really in pain just uncomfortable and when they checked me I was already 5cm dilated.

My fiancé came rushing to the hospital. When he got there they moved me to the labour ward and my son was born at 00:10 weighing a healthy 3.3kg.

My fiancé then had to rush to the airport afterwards so he could make his flight. I was in labour for about 3 hours at the most.

My son would have been 6 and a half this year. He passed away from a car accident when he was 14 months old.
