Q&A: Could it be too early for pregnancy niggles?
I'm a 34-year-old mother of two. I just found out that  I'm six weeks pregnant. I'm so happy, but I don't feel pregnant at all. I feel no nausea and no vomiting. Could it be too early to feel those things and is it normal?

Tina Otte answers:

Congratulations on your pregnancy. What a lucky girl you are! Although it is normal to feel the nausea and fatigue that comes in early pregnancy, some women escape it completely. You may be lucky with this pregnancy. Or it may be that it is still coming. Count your blessing, enjoy and don't worry.
