The reality that he’s about to be a father might not have sunk in yet and the excitement and attention is traditionally, and unfairly, directed towards the mom-to-be (e.g. baby showers). What to do? Buy him a Father’s Day card if that holiday falls during your pregnancy (you’re going to be an incredible father). Call him dad (someone is kicking and wants their daddy). Buy items of clothing with appropriate sayings (daddy’s girl).
