When you are feeling a bit hungrier than normal (which was between 6 and 9 months for me) Snack on Carrot Sticks, Cucumber, or even a whole salad, or even fruit. I managed to only pick up 9kgs my whole pregnancy and lost 15kgs after my sons birth - all due to the fact that i didnt eat junk or eat for 2!
